I ordered incense and lapis lazuli pieces online and I'm very happy with the service and products 😊 They sent my package promptly and even added a little freebie. The Palo Santo/Sage incense smells amazing and is doing a great job of cleansing my home. I would recommend this business👌🏽

I received exceptional service. Annette made sure that the bracelets I ordered would be the perfect size and I felt that she cares a lot about customer satisfaction 🥰 The prices are also very reasonable and I would definitely recommend Calypso Gems. I'm already planning my next order ❤️

I have bought 4 bracelets from this shop over a period of time. The service has decline rapidly. I had to enquire about my order 3 days after placement, then we found out that the owner misplaced my info which was in the email trail I have send. Received my order, just to find out that the bracelets doesn't fit me. Bear in mind she asked me if the person was big or small boned wrist or was it for a man or a woman. I am very much disappointed and wouldn't even recommend this to anybody looking for crystals. Lucky I can't give a zero star, I would have done that as well.

I'm absolutely OBSESSED with this crystal shop! The decor is stunning, and the willow tree angels are so serene and beautiful. The crystal selection is incredible - I've never seen such a wide variety of high-quality crystals, crystal bracelets and necklaces in one place. Absolutely gorgeous!
But what really sets this shop apart is the staff. they're so knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about crystals. They’re always ready to help me find the perfect crystal for my needs.
And let's not forget the INCENSE COLLECTION - wow! The scents are heavenly, and the presentation is gorgeous. I can smell the incenses from a mile away. I ended up buying way more than I planned because everything is just so beautiful and alluring.
If you're a crystal lover like me, or just looking for a unique gift or some beautiful decor, THIS SHOP IS A MUST-VISIT! Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Five stars isn't enough. I'd give it ten stars if I could! 💫

This store is such a vibe. From the moment you walk in, it smells amazing and the energy feels so good. The crystal selection is beautiful and they have everything from common gems to the most unique, handmade pieces. The staff are super friendly and genuinely helpful, not pushy at all. I asked a few questions about stones for stress and sleep and they took the time to explain everything in a really relatable way. You can tell they really care about what they do and know their stuff. I've gone back a few times and always leave with something special - whether it's a new incense or a stunning new crystal. It's just one of those places that makes you feel grounded just being there. You won't find another place like this in Somerset West!
